• Analyze feedback to identify product enhancement opportunities
• Deliver actionable data for product lifecycle decision-making
• Monitor product performance and identify growth opportunities
• Conduct competitive analysis to track trends and market positioning
• Develop reports and visualizations to communicate findings
• Collaborate with various teams to support strategic initiatives
• Provide competitive insights to Sales and Account Management
