Sr. Data Analyst

Delta Faucet Company's Trade Team is currently looking for a Senior Data Analyst passionate about transforming data into actionable insights to guide the company's strategic decisions. This role exists to address complex market challenges by providing analytical solutions for business operations, enhancing investment returns, and influencing product development strategies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to understand business operations and identify analytic needs.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to discover trends and patterns in data.
• Apply statistical methods such as hypothesis testing and regression analysis.
• Create dashboards and data models using PowerBI and Salesforce Analytics Studio.
• Guide business decisions on market strategies, pricing, and product roadmaps.
• Present large amounts of data in a clear, actionable format.
• Convert analytical findings into recommendations and stories for business leaders.
• Support data usage governance, including developing a data dictionary.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience applying data to analytics and decision making
• Solid grasp of SQL for data querying
• Experience with PowerBI or Tableau for data visualization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy
