In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create and manage program-specific reports and data tools.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analyses.
• Prepare reports and presentations with sophisticated graphs.
• Maintain documentation for program-specific reports.
• Deliver training and resources for program-specific reports.
• Engage with business users to assess reporting needs.

This role requires you to have:

• In-depth knowledge of Virginia's child support program requirements.
• Experience with data warehouse systems and reporting tools like SQL and Power BI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization.
• Ability to analyze and report on program performance.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex information.
