- Design and implement automated data management workflows.
- Support program teams in developing Key Performance Indicators.
- Assist with data capture and reporting requirements.
- Ensure systemwide data quality through training and technical assistance.
- Develop training materials for case management systems.
- Conduct trainings and assist service providers with system use.
- Conclusions drawn from quantitative and qualitative data.
- Facilitate meetings and exhibit strong strategic thinking.
