Data Analyst - Outpatient Clinics

Detroit Wayne Mental Health Authority is looking for a Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in refining the quality of member services and outcomes in direct clinical services and CCBHC. The position, supervised by the Vice President of Direct Clinical Services, is essential for supporting strategic improvements through data-driven insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and interpret data to prepare statistical and analytical reports.
• Develop and implement data quality measures and manage database systems.
• Identify data gaps and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Create data visualizations such as graphs and infographics.
• Collaborate with departments for performance improvement plans.
• Analyze HEDIS and NCQA measures to enhance member care.

This role requires you to have:

• Knowledge of data collection, analysis, and statistics.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, Oracle, and SAP.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau.
• Experience in data mining, forecasting, and reporting.
