In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Query relational databases to support business strategy and operations.
- Prepare data through sampling, extraction, aggregation, and transformation for end users.
- Develop analytic reports and data tables.
- Identify and propose enhancements to processes or workflows.
- Update supervisors and project managers regularly.
- Provide accurate time estimates for tasks and deliverables.
- Attend ongoing team meetings.
- Follow secure coding standards and documented work policies.
- Adapt to support periodic projects with tight deadlines.
- Assist with mentoring Level 1 Data Analysts.

This role requires you to have:
- Experience with SQL databases.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years experience querying relational databases with T-SQL.
- Minimum 1-year experience in Data or Business Analytics.
You would benefit from having:
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools like SAS and R.
- Exposure to version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with large medical or clinical relational databases.
