• Align team goals with NOC leadership objectives through analytical reporting.
• Communicate initiatives and dependencies via reports.
• Oversee operations, suggesting improvements to processes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals based on reports.
• Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
• Track performance and hold team members accountable for tasks.
• Make data-driven decisions to improve operations.
• Guide and support junior team members ensuring effective operations.
• Maintain coordination among team members based on reporting outcomes.
• Ensure tasks meet quality standards and are completed on time.
• Present team performance updates to leadership.
