Disney Direct to Consumer is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Marketing Analytics team. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve business measurement solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create and automate insightful reports and dashboards.
  • Utilize SQL and analytics tools for data analysis.
  • Monitor data quality and revise metrics as needed.
  • Translate reporting needs into technical specifications.
  • Analyze data to understand platform user interactions.
  • Provide analytical support for business decisions.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience in analytics, technical or business operations.

  • Ability to communicate data insights to business leaders.
  • Familiarity with data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker.
  • Strong skills in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
