Disney Direct to Consumer's Core Strategy Analytics team is focused on driving strategic analyses to understand and improve audience engagement and retention across Disney's streaming services like Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+. This role involves close collaboration with Executive Leadership, Business Operations, and Content teams to inform decision-making through advanced analytics and data storytelling.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic analyses using analytics tools and SQL for data manipulation.
- Develop new metrics to understand audience behavior for business decisions.
- Communicate findings through data storytelling to support executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance subscriber engagement.
- Translate complex business inquiries into SQL queries for analysis.
- Work with Data Science teams to advance analyses with advanced modeling techniques.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 7+ years in strategic analysis for business decision making.
- 5+ years with SQL and data set transformation.

- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau.
