Distribution Management Systems, Inc is looking for a Data Services Analyst with expertise in ERP software products and customer business processes. The role involves supporting customers and collaborating with development teams to refine products and systems. The team works towards enhancing product functionalities and customer satisfaction through efficient support and insightful recommendations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage customer requests and projects using internal systems.
• Estimate project time and resources, document goals, and develop plans.
• Execute project plans including writing queries and creating reports.
• Communicate with customers from requirements gathering to completion.
• Understand projects on forms customization, data extraction, and transformations.
• Propose future enhancements to development staff.
• Utilize DMSi’s internal support tools and procedures.
• Assist colleagues with research, testing, or handling escalated support.
• Contribute to or enhance the DMSi Knowledge Base.
• Lead and assist in training for internal personnel, customers, and prospects.
• Support departmental and organizational objectives through internal projects.

• Expertise in report writing languages such as SQL.
• Experience with HTML and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of data lineage and ETL processes.
• Business Intelligence reporting, including Power BI and Tableau.

The role requires a college degree in Data Science, CIS, MIS, Supply Chain Management, Business, or equivalent work experience. Candidates should be prepared for travel to customer locations including overnight stays.
