Diversity Nexus is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their Business Configuration team. This role plays a crucial part in managing provider agreements, fee schedules, and network data integrity initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with EyeMed's cross-functional teams to support configuration processes. This position offers a collaborative environment to enrich team and system efficiencies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SQL queries to access database information for analysis.
• Ensure precise agreement configurations affecting provider payment and member duties.
• Implement Network and Agreement configurations using the Facets system.
• Verify accuracy of configurations using claims testing, SQL, and Excel.
• Address configuration issues independently within Business Configuration team.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with Account Managers and Provider teams.
• Manage and prioritize work inventory efficiently.
• Participate in team activities for resolving issues and suggesting improvements.
• Assist management with training, projects, and serve as a subject matter expert.

• SQL/Database experience
• Experience with health provider and network data elements
• Understanding of Facets in managed care settings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
