In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop new methodologies using DL/ML/LLM models for user behavior prediction and automation enhancement.
• Utilize genAI techniques to extract actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership on post-sales strategies.
• Analyze customer success data and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and analyze A/B and multivariate test results with product teams.
• Develop actionable insights from data analysis and present findings to senior management.
• Promote models and insights among stakeholders and partners.
• Resolve roadblocks and collaborate across teams proactively.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 8+ years in data science and machine learning pipeline development.
• Proficient in Python for research and development.
• Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning frameworks, including LLMs.
• Experience with large data sets, distributed computing, and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., SQL).
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience in deploying ML models in production.

You would benefit from having:

• PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering with ML/AI focus.
• Experience with customer success data and building experimentation platforms.
• Familiarity with SDLC/agile methodology and tools like Github, JIRA/Confluence.
