In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely energy data for billing and research purposes.
• Utilize complex metering and billing systems for analysis.
• Analyze and remediate data gaps or exceptions to ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage AMI system exceptions and functionality.
• Work closely with IT and business partners to resolve technical issues.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Support field personnel in troubleshooting data and communication issues.
• Prioritize activities based on business impact and stakeholder needs.
• Assist in maintaining the minimal impact of outages and storm-related activities.
