Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. is a prominent subservicing firm serving numerous financial institutions across the U.S. The Data Integration Analyst I role focuses on managing daily operations linked to mortgage loan servicing transfers, ensuring efficient data mapping and processing. This position is part of the T&C-Flow department, reflecting the firm's commitment to excellence in mortgage operations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Complete data mapping for servicing transfer conversions, focusing on master, special loans, and escrow fields.
  • Update project plans with task completion statuses and dates.
  • Create tables for mapping client codes to relevant fields.
  • Attend meetings to provide status updates and troubleshoot issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, prior services, and internal departments.
  • Balance and reconcile funds during medium to large servicing transfers.
  • Investigate and resolve data conversion-related servicing issues.
  • Perform data manipulation across various platforms to adapt it for MSP.
  • Manage high volume and intricate cases proficiently.
  • Fulfill annual regulatory compliance training.
  • Conduct data integrity reviews within spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve data inconsistencies.
  • Process daily interface client assignments and report any issues.
  • Support boarding research and run assigned reports.
  • Act as a backup coordinator and assist colleagues as necessary.

This role requires you to have:

  • Advanced PC skills including Microsoft applications and Excel.
  • Understanding of accounting and reconciliation processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Strong communication skills for diverse internal and external interactions.
  • Willingness to take on additional assignments and assist teammates.

You would benefit from having:

  • 3+ years of experience in a mortgage servicing context.
  • Familiarity with Monarch, Access, and Jira.
