In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Maintain data quality for retail fuels pricing and related datasets in North America and Australia.
  • Implement quality control checks and audits to ensure data accuracy.
  • Tackle complex challenges affecting data quality.
  • Troubleshoot and develop logic for automated data fixes.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and quality tests on new data sources.
  • Serve as a product expert on internal data quality tools.
  • Work with development teams on tool enhancements for data management.
  • Audit data quality processes for long-term performance.
  • Define and scope custom files for clients, liaising with support and product teams.
  • Assist sales and customer support with client data requests.
  • Create proof of concepts for new product development with various datasets.

This role requires you to have:

  • At least 2 years’ data analytics experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or Mathematics or equivalent work experience.
  • Intermediate statistical analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in R and/or Python for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of SQL programming.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau.
  • Fluency with Google Workspace applications.
  • Advanced expertise in Excel.

You would benefit from having:

  • Experience with Snowflake.
