The HSE Data & Performance Analyst role is integral to enhancing safety data processing and reporting within the America’s Region HSE Group, contributing to the integration of machine learning and AI solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain insightful dashboards, memos, and presentations summarizing HSE performance data.
• Perform quality assurance on data inputs and calculations, troubleshooting inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with various business units to digitalize and improve data collection systems.
• Monitor and report on regional and global HSE metrics, including KPI tracking and report completion.
• Serve as the 'Super User' of the GHSE Application, addressing issues and providing solutions.
• Create statistical reports and perform trend analysis using analytics tools like PowerBI.
• Develop and execute regional HSE communication plans, including safety campaigns.
• Explore and apply AI techniques to enhance safety protocols and incident prevention strategies.
• Extract and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Utilize statistical techniques for safety and environmental data analysis.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is an asset.
