Product Analyst or Senior Product Analyst - Interconnection

This role within the Renewables Integration Team involves supporting the development and maintenance of their Interconnection Management System.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Assist the product owner with user research and story creation.
• Perform process mapping, analysis, and design within a product team.
• Track user change requests and provide training post-implementation.
• Configure the IMS to implement and test changes.
• Plan and conduct user acceptance testing for the IMS.
• Support data migration activities and verify data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain various reports.
• Deliver user support and conduct ad-hoc training.
• Create and implement quality assurance plans.
• Facilitate change management to ensure successful product rollouts.
• Collaborate with the team to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience
