In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Generate reports from the Human Capital Management System to aid HR and finance decisions.
• Analyze HCMS data to support HR strategic planning by identifying trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to define reporting needs and share insights effectively.
• Utilize Workday Platforms to evaluate and implement solutions, defining technical needs.
• Develop data dictionaries and standardize master data definitions.
• Translate business requirements into actionable reports and identify complex analytics solutions.
• Assist in refining processes and actively participate in creating transformative business solutions.

This role requires you to have:

• Associate’s Degree in IT or HR, or equivalent experience.
• Three years of HRIS analysis or architectural experience.
• Functional and technical expertise in Workday reporting tools and HR, payroll, and finance processes.
