This Product Data Analyst role will involve providing product insights and growth opportunities, setting direction for data reporting, and communicating with senior leadership. This position is available in Scottsdale, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York and follows a hybrid work model.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Understand and communicate key data elements and their business implications
  • Perform data mapping and data lineage activities to trace data from source to reports
  • Conduct data profiling to ensure accuracy and identify quality issues
  • Perform advanced ad hoc analysis using tools like Python and SQL
  • Collaborate with reporting users to address key questions via dashboards
  • Develop and implement data-related strategies and initiatives
  • Communicate complex findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Influence product direction based on data insights
  • Support the company’s commitment to risk management and data integrity

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field like Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, data science, business analytics, or related experience
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical ideas to non-technical audiences

You would benefit from having:

  • Experience with AWS, Redshift, Quicksight, Athena
  • Master’s degree in quantitative discipline
  • Prior experience in payments, financial services, or regulated industry
