The role of Product Data Analyst focuses on harnessing data to guide product insights and growth opportunities, collaborating closely with data engineering and senior leadership.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Understand and interpret key data elements, including their business definitions and implications.
  • Execute data mapping and lineage activities to track data from origin to reports.
  • Conduct data profiling to ensure accuracy and cleanliness, identifying issues and providing critical insights.
  • Perform advanced analyses using tools like Python and SQL to support business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reporting meets their needs.
  • Craft and communicate strategies and findings to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Influence product direction through data insights.
  • Uphold risk management principles and ensure system and data security.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 4 years in data analytics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and independent work capabilities.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
  • Exceptional organization skills, multi-tasking ability, and project management.

You would benefit from having:

  • Experience with AWS and Redshift.
  • Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
  • Background in payments or financial services.
