EarthLink seeks a dedicated Product Analyst to join their Consumer EarthLink department. Reporting to the VP of 5G Operations & Business Development, this role is crucial in offering data-driven insights for informed product decision-making. The team focuses on enhancing wireless home internet services, aligning with business goals and customer demands.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and evaluate product data from diverse sources like Snowflake, SQL, PowerBI Warehouse, and CSV files.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards for product performance tracking.
• Identify trends and insights to support strategic product decisions.
• Engage in competitive analysis and market research to stay abreast of industry trends.
• Monitor and measure key product performance indicators.
• Document analysis procedures, findings, and suggestions accurately.
• Support process enhancement for more efficient product analysis.
