ECPI University, a leader in academic excellence and innovation, is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join their Planning and Analysis team in Virginia Beach. Reporting to the Director of Planning and Analysis, this pivotal role is central to enhancing the university's marketing strategies by leveraging data-driven insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various sources such as social media, website analytics, and CRM systems.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of marketing databases and data sources.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments for data-driven decision-making.
• Perform advanced analytics using statistical techniques and tools.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using HubSpot and Power BI.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a data analyst.
• Strong proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Power BI.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, metrics, and KPIs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills.
