The role involves crafting and enhancing data systems to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and develop cloud-based data warehouses using Microsoft Fabric.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for efficient data processing.
• Ensure data quality and security, implementing data governance best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
• Monitor and enhance the performance and scalability of the data warehouse.
• Implement data modeling techniques to support analytical queries.
• Automate processes using Python, SQL, and Spark.
• Troubleshoot data pipeline and performance issues for smooth operations.
• Work with Information System Technical leadership on the enterprise data warehouse roadmap.

This role requires you to have:

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or cloud-based analytics.
• Experience with cloud data warehousing technologies (Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Strong expertise in SQL and performance tuning for cloud databases.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica or Azure Data Factory.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java.
