In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and manage HR databases and dashboards for insights and analytics.
• Source data from various systems to support analytics projects.
• Create data visualizations to communicate analytical findings.
• Use statistical tools to interpret data and generate insights.
• Ensure dashboards meet evolving business needs and are optimized for storytelling.
• Deliver HR reports and metrics to stakeholders by utilizing requirements from users.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for effective reporting.
• Perform quantitative analysis to assess future workforce needs.
• Conduct scenario planning to evaluate HR initiative impacts.
• Utilize Workday and other tools for complex data analysis.
• Support HR data strategy and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR partners to develop effective data solutions.
• Provide training and consultation on HR analytics tools.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, data science, mathematics, or related field.
• Seven years of experience in HR business intelligence or data analytics.
• Experience with Workday reporting tools.
• Advanced knowledge of analytical and data concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and technology.
