In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

- Ensure dashboards meet evolving business needs and are optimized for storytelling.
- Deliver HR reports and metrics to stakeholders by utilizing requirements from users.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for effective reporting.
- Perform quantitative analysis to assess future workforce needs.
- Conduct scenario planning to evaluate HR initiative impacts.
- Utilize Workday and other tools for complex data analysis.
- Support HR data strategy and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR partners to develop effective data solutions.
- Provide training and consultation on HR analytics tools.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, data science, mathematics, or related field.
- Seven years of experience in HR business intelligence or data analytics.
- Experience with Workday reporting tools.
- Advanced knowledge of analytical and data concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and technology.
