Emerge Solutions Group LLC is partnered with the Defense Health Agency to provide expert data analysis through their Medical Expense and Performance Reporting System (MEPRS). This full-time remote role is tasked with maintaining accurate data reporting and quality analyses within health system financial activities. The team is committed to enhancing data quality and continuity across defense health networks.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Perform monthly MEPRS file processing and analysis.
• Coordinate MEPRS data management with Defense Health Networks.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of MEPRS reporting.
• Participate in DHA meetings and implement feedback cycles.
• Develop detailed reports and presentations for performance improvement.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VBA macros and pivot tables.
• Proficiency in using Business Objects, EAS IV Application, and other MHS systems.
• Understanding of DHA Procedure Manual 6010.13 and MEPRS regulations.
• Minimum of three years' experience with MEPRS program and related systems.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience in GFEBS, DMHRSi, and MHS GENESIS systems usage.
• Familiarity with DoD financial management and cost accounting practices.
• Prior experience at a program office or MTF level.

The role requires the ability to acquire and maintain a Secret security clearance. Candidates must be able to perform physical activities including reading data, standing, and occasionally climbing under normal office conditions.
