They are known for their skilled team and strong client partnerships. Currently, Emergent Data is looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join their ongoing project work.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and implement Data Lakes and assist teams in modeling upstream transactional data.
• Establish data infrastructure and physical data modeling for modern data warehouses.
• Develop end-to-end ETL/LT pipelines to support Data Warehouse and downstream analytics.

This role requires you to have:

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent field or practical experience.
• 5+ years experience as a Data Engineer with expertise in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python, Scala, or Go.
• Experience in ETL/ELT design and executing development best practices.
• Infrastructure as code proficiency, especially with Terraform.
• Experienced with big data technologies like Spark, and data warehouse solutions like Snowflake.
