In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess health management programs involving data collection, validation, and outcome measurement.
• Handle financial, pharmacy, claims, provider, and member data analysis.
• Manage IRS, CMS, HHSC, HEDIS reporting requirements.
• Conduct internal data cleansing and data reconciliation analysis.
• Perform trend analysis in various healthcare management domains.
• Generate reports using MS-Excel, MS-Access, and SQL through Business Objects and database links.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders through report production.
• Interpret business requirements and monitor data trends.
• Implement data changes and update core systems as necessary.
• Effectively manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Assist with training junior Data Analysts.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and standards.

This role requires you to have:

• Statistical analysis experience
• Data analysis experience
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience using MS-Excel and MS-Access
• Ability to handle complex data requests
