In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Model data and automate reports using tools like SQL, SSRS, and PowerBI.
• Construct and automate all report developments.
• Provide analytical support across various operational areas such as claims and clinical data.
• Manage large data extraction, loading, and modeling.
• Review and interpret data for operational impacts and improvements.
• Develop management reports and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance through data quality audits.
• Assist in training and mentoring of junior Data Analysts.
• Perform duties as assigned and comply with policies.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficient in SQL and SSRS.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in statistical analysis or 2+ years in IT with data warehouse experience.
