In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technical leaders and product teams to leverage data for business solutions.
  • Design and implement AI and machine learning models for diverse business challenges.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and evaluate model performance.
  • Develop visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Integrate data science solutions into production systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as a senior consultant for AI/ML-related technologies and product planning.
  • Stay current with advancements in data science and related fields.
  • Mentor and support junior data scientists in the community of practice.
  • Lead and innovate in data science technical domains.
  • Advocate for industry best practices within the data science team.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a similar field.
  • 10 years in senior engineering and technology roles.
  • Minimum of 5 years in data science and machine learning.
  • Knowledge in supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, and generative AI.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and relevant machine learning libraries.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure and Databricks.
