DATA ANALYST

Endeavors seeks a Data Analyst to handle the management, upkeep, and dissemination of client and program data. The role supports various program teams by resolving data issues and fulfilling information requests, ensuring efficient operations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze large data sets to extract trends and insights.
• Develop reports and dashboards to aid business decisions.
• Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for data analysis.
• Interpret metrics and suggest improvements for performance.
• Create data models for forecasting and planning.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through process implementation.
• Work with IT to maintain databases and data systems.
• Present data insights to stakeholders.
• Stay current with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Support FAC position as needed.
• Exhibit excellent customer service in all duties.

This role requires you to have:
