Data Scientist II (Remote - US)

Energy Solutions is looking for a Data Scientist II to join their Policy and Ratings team. The role supports the development of building codes and other policies while contributing to the TECH Clean California program. The team works collaboratively with experts from various fields to make significant impacts on energy and climate initiatives across multiple markets.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain analytical models and dashboards.
• Translate quantitative data into reports for non-technical audiences.
• Ensure data analysis quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate on building ETL pipelines.
• Utilize machine learning models for data matching.
• Mentor data analysis team members.
• Communicate effectively with staff and clients.

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Experience with analytical dashboards, preferably Tableau.
• 3 years of Python experience.
• Ability to build analytical models using programming languages.
• Knowledgeable in metrics for descriptive and inferential statistics.
• Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
