The Senior Data Analyst will join their Operations team to support business functions, facilitating a balance for consultant staff to focus on client-related projects and contributing to the company's environmentally focused mission.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and manage analytical models and dashboards for clients.
• Produce reports to guide business decision-making.
• Convert quantitative data into visual presentations for non-technical audiences.
• Ensure data quality and collaborate with data engineers on QA systems.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators.
• Assist with troubleshooting by leveraging knowledge of product lines.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to optimize data analytics.
• Mentor data analysis team members and guide team goals.
• Improve data analytics processes for client value.
• Develop company best practices for data analytics and reporting.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• 8 years job-related experience, or 6 years with a Master's, or 4 years with a Doctorate.
• Expertise in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficient in SQL or similar language, particularly with 3+ years.
• Advanced skills in programming languages such as Python.
• Leadership and team-building capacity.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously and with non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced understanding of data warehousing and ETL design.
