Senior Data Analyst (Hybrid & Remote - US)

This role supports the operational functions, allowing consulting staff to focus on client work, contributing to the company's well-established reputation and promising future.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain analytical models and dashboards for clients.
• Prepare leadership reports to inform business decisions.
• Translate quantitative data into visual reports for non-technical audiences.
• Ensure data analysis quality and accuracy, establishing QA systems.
• Develop and track key performance metrics.
• Assist the data engineering team in troubleshooting.
• Coordinate across teams to support data analytics and streamline pipelines.
• Mentor and guide team members in data analysis.
• Collaborate in setting and achieving data analysis team goals.
• Identify improvements in data analytics processes for added client value.
• Lead the development of best practices in data analytics and reporting.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of job-related experience; lesser with advanced degrees.
• Expert in development of analytical dashboards, preferably in Tableau.
• Strong proficiency in SQL or database querying languages.
• Advanced skills in analytical modeling using languages like Python.
• Leadership experience in team growth and management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with non-technical managers.
• Advanced knowledge of data warehousing and ETL design.
