HR Data Analyst I

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct routine data audits to ensure accurate data quality.
• Generate HR data reports to aid decision-making.
• Configure and test HCM system changes.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve HCM issues.
• Prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports.
• Document team processes and assist in data entry for quarterly reporting.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in HR, IT, Business, Mathematics, or related field or relevant experience with a high school diploma.
• Proficiency in data analysis and management.
• Strong communication skills for managing expectations.
• Experience with HCM tools like ADP Vantage and SuccessFactors.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
