In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Conduct routine data audits to ensure accurate data quality.
- Generate HR data reports to aid decision-making.
- Configure and test HCM system changes.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve HCM issues.
- Prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports.
- Document team processes and assist in data entry for quarterly reporting.

This role requires you to have:
- Degree in HR, IT, Business, Mathematics, or related field or relevant experience with a high school diploma.
- Proficiency in data analysis and management.
- Strong communication skills for managing expectations.
- Experience with HCM tools like ADP Vantage and SuccessFactors.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
