Enterprise Knowledge (EK) is expanding its Advanced Data & Enterprise AI Practice by hiring a Data Management Analyst. This role involves creating foundational data management solutions to help clients grasp the significance of good data management practices that drive advanced AI solutions. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on data management and governance strategies planning and implementation.
  • Facilitate discussions to understand client needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Work with product owners on data management and governance challenges, offering analysis and solutions.
  • Identify and enforce enterprise data best practices, including data scoping, metadata standardization, and data transformation.
  • Manage the development of business glossaries and data dictionaries for enterprise data standards.
  • Create and standardize data catalog quality reports for internal analysis.
  • Define key data catalog quality metrics and implement supporting standards.
  • Resolve issues raised by business and functional data governance leaders, ensuring data objectives are met.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science, Software Engineering, Library Management, Library Science, Data Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data management, data operations, or data governance.
  • Experience working directly with clients, providing briefings, facilitating meetings, and presenting work products.
  • Experience with relational databases.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.

You would benefit from having:

  • Experience with SQL, graph databases, or graph query languages like SPARQL.
  • Experience with data catalogs.
  • Proficiency in languages like Scala or Python, and familiarity with software engineering principles.
  • Experience with data modeling, data silo integration, and database architecture projects.
