In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Perform data processing and automate routine processes.
• Apply data cleaning methods to ownership data across geographies.
• Support research on ownership patterns for affordable housing preservation.
• Manage data extraction from large datasets to identify housing trends.
• Conduct problem-solving and quality assurance on analyses and data products.
• Prepare literature summaries, written briefs, and reports for policy research.

• Advanced knowledge of R and Python
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Strong research skills and statistical methods proficiency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
