Data Analyst - Product analytics

Epic Games, a pioneer in award-winning games and engine technology, seeks a Data Analyst to join the Product Analytics team. This role supports decision-making through data analysis focused on monetization within Fortnite, collaborating with various counterparts to enhance business strategies. The candidate will play a crucial part in translating complex data into actionable insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product, design, game development, art, and engineering teams to enhance cosmetic strategies through data insights.
• Establish and maintain dashboard and reporting standards ensuring accurate data visualization.
• Work with stakeholders to address data needs and drive informed decisions.
• Prepare detailed reports with data analysis and visualization.
• Partner with engineering and QA to improve data quality consistently.
• Conduct data analysis using SQL and Spark.

This role requires you to have:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence or Statistical Data Analyst.
• Strong understanding of video games and analytics best practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Spark.
• Experience in data visualization, preferably using Tableau.
