In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Assist in acquiring automotive catalog content and creating process workflows.
• Support senior analysts in researching competitors and market trends.
• Communicate with manufacturers, retail partners, and large account customers.
• Help create promotional programs and update product management documentation.
• Understand customer businesses and provide lead generation services for other Epicor products.
• Submit product change requests and maintain product data repositories.

This role requires you to have:

• 1+ years of applicable experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket and supply chain.

You would benefit from having:

• Knowledge of digital catalog products and production processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Access, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Experience with UML or other process modeling tools.
