In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct specialized preventative and corrective maintenance on facility electrical components and systems.
• Monitor Building Monitoring System (BMS) and Power Monitoring System (PMS), addressing alarms and system issues.
• Manage and maintain plumbing, fire suppression, and life-safety systems including electrical distribution.
• Implement energy efficiency measures and ensure electrical safety compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors for electrical tasks and update technical documentation.
• Support site administration and incident management related to electrical systems.
• Complete complex electrical tasks adhering to OSHA and NFPA 70E standards.
• Collaborate with teams and mentor others in electrical maintenance activities.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years of experience in facilities engineering or electrical maintenance.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of OSHA and NFPA 70E electrical safety standards.
• Experience with electrical systems such as UPS, PDU, generators, and BMS/PMS systems.

You would benefit from having:

• Journeyman-level electrical license.
