In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Explore data sets independently for insights into Latino communities.
- Transform and analyze data using R, Python, or SQL.
- Communicate findings through memos and presentations.
- Contribute to research project design and drafting.
- Collaborate on survey data collection and processing.
- Maintain and develop the analysis codebase and documentation.
- Use Git for version control and manage tasks with project management tools.
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Participate in briefings, data clean-up, and team activities as needed.

This role requires you to have:
- Proficiency in R or Python for data analysis.
- Understanding of statistics and social research methods.
- Familiarity with census and polling data or voter files.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
- Commitment to empowering the Latino community.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with SQL.

- Skills in spatial analysis, natural language processing, or machine learning.
