In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Contribute to Eskenazi Health's mission with a focus on vulnerable populations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and Epic SlicerDicer sessions.
• Collaborate on departmental projects and user inquiries.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and peer review processes.
• Design dashboard mock-ups and ensure effective data model development.
• Promote business intelligence tools and address data model deficiencies.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business-related field.
• Minimum one year of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Capability to earn Epic certifications within six months.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with Epic and current Epic certifications.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar tools.
• Experience with data governance and data stewardship.
