In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports, components, and dashboards in Epic and other BI tools.
• Collaborate with team members on projects and user requests.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and peer reviews.
• Meet with end users to discuss key performance indicators and data requests.
• Mentor Tier I and Tier II Analysts and train end users in data literacy.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business-related field
• 3 years of data analysis experience
• Epic Cogito Fundamentals and Administration Certifications
• Ability to read and write SQL
• Knowledge of another programming language like R or Python
