• Design and implement end-to-end data solutions in line with business objectives.
• Engage with the team using the scrum framework to understand deliverables.
• Adhere to best practices in data solution design and monitoring throughout the lifecycle.
• Utilize modern tools like Snowflake, Atlan, and Docker to enhance process efficiency.
• Lead development and implementation of data solutions and pipelines.
• Perform impact analysis and propose alternatives for minimal system disruptions.
• Oversee testing and release processes for data pipelines.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor new team members in modern stack integration.
• Collaborate on data model development aligned with DevOps principles.
• Drive results by exceeding goals and breaking through performance barriers.
• Document data processes and maintain data dictionaries and flow diagrams.
