Evergreen Commons is looking for an Accounting Specialist / Data Analyst to play an essential role in maintaining data accuracy within donor, membership, and organizational databases. This position requires managing and analyzing data to support informed decisions. The team focuses on optimizing data processes, aligning analytics with organizational objectives, and ensuring software functionality.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Ensure donor and membership data accuracy across databases.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to leadership.
• Generate reports using tools like Power BI and Club Automation.
• Resolve data discrepancies and maintain data security standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to align analytics with goals.
• Optimize data collection and maintain procedural documentation.
• Update databases regularly and assist with database customization.
• Support communications with targeted mailing and report preparation.
• Manage accounts receivable and reconciliations.
• Compile and manage program-specific reports.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience managing master data sets
