Everly Health is looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to enhance reporting capabilities within their Enterprise line. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders and data engineers to analyze data, assess gaps, and facilitate business solutions. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Extract and manipulate unstructured data for analysis using statistical methods and tools like Looker.
- Conduct strategic data analysis to support business needs.
- Offer data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and business leaders.
- Identify new business opportunities through data mining and present them to leaders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address business questions and suggest data-driven actions.
- Prepare and publish data for business analysis using BI tools such as Excel and SQL Server.
- Participate in ad-hoc analysis with business teams to explore recent trends.
- Assess and validate data models for discrepancies.
- Ensure business data integrity and propose solutions to system integration challenges.

This role requires you to have:
- 5+ years in analytics or reporting within healthcare technology.

- Proficient in managing multiple complex projects independently.
- Experience navigating fast-changing environments and ambiguity.
You would benefit from having:
