EXAR Healthcare Staffing Agency is seeking a Data Scientist - AI Engineer to collaborate with NATO in enhancing wargaming simulations through AI integration. The role involves developing strategies for AI applications, conducting experiments, and designing tools for human-AI collaboration. The ideal candidate will support training and contribute to the development of multimedia content for NATO personnel.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Contribute to AI integration in NATO wargaming efforts and collaborate with experts for enhancements.
• Develop strategies for integrating AI into simulation wargaming.
• Implement and manage data analysis methods and real-time visualization for simulations.
• Design tools to facilitate human-machine collaboration.
• Conduct experimental tests of AI applications in wargaming scenarios and present outcomes.
• Create multimedia content for training using AI tools.
• Support NATO personnel training regarding AI use in wargaming and explore AI automation applications.
• Willing to travel up to 30 days per year for meetings and conferences.

This role requires you to have:

• Active Secret Clearance
• Citizenship in a NATO member country
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, ML, AI, or related fields
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI
• Expertise in AI technology integration into real-world applications
• Experience with generative AI models and LLMs
• Proficiency in Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
