Express Employment Professionals is on the lookout for a seasoned Data Analyst to join the Combatant Command Intelligence Enterprise Management Support Office. This position is critical for supporting Full Operational Capability by providing detailed data analysis and insights. The selected individual will work closely with stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of defense planning and strategic decision-making.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Track and brief on all assigned tasks, ensuring formal documentation and completion.
• Develop comprehensive digital folders with SOPs and workflows.
• Create additional products that enhance client operations.
• Provide data analysis and interpretation for Full Operational Capability support.
• Formulate inputs for defense budget processes and analyze effects on programs.
• Process and analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data.
• Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Ensure data quality and governance compliance.
• Create dashboards and visualizations for stakeholder communication.
• Work with defense-specific data formats and standards.
• Apply compliance reporting for defense data adherence.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience with data analysis tools like Python, R, SQL, and Tableau.
• Ten years of relevant experience, including six years within DOD or military.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Effective communication skills for presenting data to senior officials.

• Knowledge of JCIDS and PPBE processes.

This role requires TS/SCI clearance and may involve some local travel. A Master's degree is also a requirement.
