Express Employment Professionals seeks a Data Scientist to join their team supporting the USAF Concepts, Development, and Management Program Office. The role focuses on modernizing intelligence-driven technology and capabilities as part of the EMSO's mission to enhance DoD worldwide operations through technological integration and foresight. The position requires a balance of technical acumen and innovative problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights and patterns.
• Develop predictive models for forecasting, anomaly detection, and risk management.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand domain-specific data requirements.
• Extract and prepare data from a variety of sources and formats for analysis.
• Create tools and visualizations that convey data trends and important insights.
• Conduct statistical analyses and perform data aggregation and summarization.
• Prepare analytic products in various formats, including written and multimedia.
• Implement open-source research and collection management practices.
• Facilitate intelligence processes and support risk management and process improvements.
• Engage in activities related to financial management and program execution monitoring.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in data analysis and large dataset management.
• Predictive modeling and research in intelligence contexts.
• Knowledge of research methods and intelligence theories.
• Strong technical communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in text analytics, visualization, and data analytics techniques.
