Faberwork, LLC is urgently looking for a Data Analyst to support the organization by developing flexible dashboards and technical processes to enhance data storytelling and business analytics. This role plays a vital part in connecting data insights with key business strategies and demands a strong partnership with different leadership teams.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop versatile dashboards that communicate data narratives effectively across the organization.
• Collaborate with end-users to create, prototype, test, and deploy reports.
• Interpret user requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Evaluate data requests and prioritize various projects and ad-hoc tasks.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives using advanced data analysis techniques.
• Maintain data models, reporting systems, and automation systems to aid business decisions.
• Work with Marketing and Sales leadership to align on analytics needs and assess business impact.
• Analyze and present findings from analytical initiatives to various stakeholders, including leadership teams.
• Drive change management efforts to anticipate future business and technology needs.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence roles.
• Proficiency with tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
