In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Coordinate with facilities and IT teams to configure data connections securely.
• Manage control protocols and drivers like BACnet, Modbus, OPC, and MQTT.
• Map BMS/BAS configurations to digital models accurately.
• Create role-based visualizations and alerts for clients.
• Implement analytics for fault detection in smart buildings and hospitals.
• Maintain project schedules and oversee deployment meetings.
• Collaborate with sales teams for updates and upsell opportunities.
• Validate and improve analytics logic with engineering teams.
• Support customers by diagnosing application and deployment issues.
• Train customers on system usage.
